Consulting

We set your team up with agents. Then we step back.

The agents are the easy part. The hard part is how a team works with them: whose agent does what, how its work is checked, how it is released without landing on someone else's. We help you set that up on your own Macs, with the Ripul app, and hand it over so it keeps working without us.

How it runs

Four steps, at your pace.

  1. Look at how you build

We spend time with your team and your projects: how work is planned, built, tested and released, and where agents would help or get in the way.

  2. Set the projects up

Each project becomes easy for any agent to pick up: instructions written for agents, a way to build and run it, and releases lined up so agents take turns.

  3. Work alongside you

We work with your team on real tasks, with the agents, until planning, approving and checking their work is routine.

  4. Hand it over

You get it all written down: what is set up, why, and how to keep it working. It is yours.

What we help with

We start from how your team builds today. The work usually covers some of these.

Projects any agent can pick up
Instructions written for agents, a way to build and run each project, and the checks a change has to pass.
Releases that take turns
Trainyard tracks for your builds, installs and deploys, so several agents can ship without landing on each other.
The right agent for the job
Which agent and model for which work, and when a lighter, cheaper one will do.
Work that stays private
Direct connections and models you run yourself, for the work that must not leave your machines.
Phones, simulators and machines
Shared out between agents, so testing does not turn into a queue.
An agent in your product
The Ripul SDK in your iPhone or Mac app, with the first functions your customers can ask for.

Who it is for

Startups and small product teams who build software, want the whole team working with agents, and would rather spend the first months shipping than inventing a process.

What you keep

Everything we set up lives in your projects and your accounts: the instructions, the release steps and the notes on why. You own it, and you can change it without us.

Tell us how your team builds.

A few lines is enough to start: what you make, how many of you there are, and what you would like agents to take on.
